Agent replied · 11 November 2024
Sorry to note that you rated our service as poor. I believe you were waiting for a member of staff to revert back to you regarding some questions you had raised after viewing a property we have for sale. The agent had contacted the seller and was waiting to hear back from them with the answers you required, which have now been provided. I understand that particular property is no longer of interest to you. If you would like us to continue to help you try and find and secure a suitable property please contact our office as we would be happy to help.
