I recently had the pleasure of working with Jordan while searching for my new home, and I can't recommend him highly enough! He went above and behind to ensure that we see every property that met my requirements despite numerous changes in my preferences and circumstances along the way. Jordan is dedicated, supporting and proactive. What could have been a stressful and overwhelming experience looking for a new home was made smooth and enjoyable thanks to him. While I haven't decided on my next property, this is due to personal circumstances and I will be in contact with Jordan as soon as I'm ready to make the move!

We sold our one bedroom flat in Colindale with Alpa. After being on for many months with a rival firm we changed to Foxtons and had an offer within weeks thanks to Alpa and finding the perfect buyer for our property. The sale was not an easy one, and numerous roadblocks were thrown our way- however with the determination and open communication with Alpa, we were all able to navigate our way through the sale and overcome any challenges that occurred. In our chain there were many involved, but Alpa was the glue who kept it all together and made sure everyone was communicating and knowing where they stood and had realistic expectations. We have now exchanged and genuinely think the whole sale would have collapsed if we had gone with anyone else than Alpa! Thankyou!

As a first time renter - the whole process seemed daunting and I was getting mixed information online. After browsing for properties online we found the perfect one, and within minutes of registering an interest we were contacted by Julide. Julide was amazing, answering any questions we had with detail and she ensured we understood every step. She had patience with us, was attentive and we felt valued as a customer. People who are looking to rent (especially first timers) will be lucky to have Julide taking care of them. Thank you!

I had a warm, friendly and knowledgeable service from Sam Keel in my search for a property. Sam was very helpful to me and despite having been in industry for short period of time he has demonstrated his value as an estate agent. He was showing me properties that I am interested in, provided insights to his area and also presenting alternatives to get me thinking outside of the box. He is a genuine person and was respectful of my time as well. He is a real asset to the team.

I can’t praise Jamal Hussain for his excellent professional help and exceptional commitment in securing tenancy at such a short notice, getting all references, paperwork etc ready in a very short time. He kept communicating with me and followed the progress even while he was on holiday. I am very impressed. Well done Jamal, sorry they don’t allow me to put more than 5 stars.

As the owner of a flat

As the owner of a flat, I struggled for months to find tenants. I tried renting it myself but mostly scammers or people who waste my time only, then worked with several agencies - including one that promised a quick result but instead damaged my flat and pressured me constantly with calls and messages, day and night. By the time I found Foxtons' letter in my letterbox, I was ready to give up.

I had multiple wonderful experiences with Foxtons. The service is outstanding and always know what the clients need. I am on the buyer/tenant side and they still serve relentlessly. Klaudijus Koncius is an absolute star. He spent time to learn and read our needs (or helping us to examine our needs) and look for the right property for my family. Big thanks and I would recommend anyone to Foxtons and Klaudijus who look for serious and professional services.

My flatmate had come from outside london to view a property in finsbury park and was only told once he got to the appointment that david morgan was not going to make the appointment due to being unwell, extremely unprofessional, he should have gotten one of his colleagues to cover the flat viewing or atleast message us in advance.
