Really great experience. When we asked for approval to upgrade some kitchen appliances, our account manager Neil went out of his way to talk to the landlord, not only obtaining approval but also a split cost agreement and managing to find the same appliances at a cheaper discounted price. Thanks!

We dealt with Zen from the Battersea branch when we managed to lock ourselves out of the house (!) the other evening. We called the branch immediately, Zen was the only person left in the office and was just about to leave for the day, but she kindly stayed and waited for us to get there so we could pick up a spare set of keys.
