It has been a little more than a year that I have been renting with Dexters. The team at Teddington is extremely helpful, professional, and accommodative. The excellent service provided by the team including Marc Hedges, Sean Noble, Joshua Evans, and Sophie Yeates over the last one year has really made my tenancy a pleasant experience. The property management team, led by Bethany Stewart, is also extremely good and you can expect to get any household repairs required in your rented property sorted very quickly. I'd definitely recommend Dexters for all your property sales and lettings related help and advice.

GoogleDexters were great finding a solid good cash buyer . They dealt with a difficult tenant causing issues during viewings and were pro active for the exchange which had to be done by a very tight deadline. George Calderara was especially helpful by working into the evening on the day of exchange to assist and get the job done

I really appreciate how Petros helped me resolved every issue, he walked me through it and checked that everything was completed. The Dexter’s management team are so supportive and helpful. Donalina has been instrumental in keeping me updated with an issue I reported around a water leak in a flat above mine. She always called me and for me that’s the best thing about her. A friend has been waiting three weeks for central heating to be restored. His wife is nursing a four month old in a freezing flat. There is mould growing in the flat and the baby has developed a cough. Subcontractors and Dexters are unable to establish a timeframe to get adequate heating working again. Snow is forecast…..

Worst estate agency, was a nightmare living in 121A Darwin Road. No sound proof, creaky floors, history of neighbours fighting bcoz of it. Being let out inspite of all this. Property Manager never replies back to emails. No action taken even after 9 months. Boiler was broken from almost a month and lived without heating or hot water. Finally gave up and moved out. Not a word of apology from them, they are chasing now regarding contract.
