GoogleI can’t speak highly enough of Colin and his team friendly, efficient and helpful particularly when the image of the industry has its critics. Colin and his team go out of their way to make sure everything goes smoothly. Dr H.

GoogleDeceptive practices and shady dealings, buyers beware.

Mr Jonavicius was tenant of ours on a non managed property where he and two other tenants left the property in a poor state of repair and required rubbish disposal, a deep clean and redecoration. They left dog mess all over the garden. Appropriate deductions were made from their deposit which they did NOT challenge or appeal against through the Deposit Protection Service. Not sure why he's warning buyers? We would advise caution to renting to this person/ group. We will request this comment to be removed.

YellBuyer Beware
Beware. I paid this company to "Screen me" only to get a shyster landlord (who turned out to be an acquaintance of the broker), who ended up ripping me off for thousands.
