GoogleI rented from Colin Sclare for 18 months and just had to leave the property because of my personal circumstances. This agency is one of the best I ever had to deal with they got everything done and you don't need to ask twice. The professionalism and customer service is excellent. I just got a new place using a different agent and you can see the difference in class. The director Colin Sclare is not just an agent he advice me on everything . Thanks so much Colin..

GoogleColin Sclare was an excellent letting agent throughout the two years we were with him. Always fast to respond to any questions we had, knowledgeable, organised, and he made the process of renting a flat straightfoward. We moved to South London so sadly had to leave Colin as our letting agent, but should we move back we will definitely be in touch again! He comes highly recommended from us. Thankyou Colin! Camilla and Thomas.

GoogleThis have got to be the best agency with the best agent. I have had the very best experience for the entire one year and eight months. Colin and his team goes above and beyond for us. Words really can't explain the kindness and professionalism of Colin. I honestly would not change from Colin sclare if he was in the area I move to. No other agency can compare, and I am not exaggerating.

GoogleI have received outstanding service from Colin for many years. He is one of the most knowledgeable, proactive and helpful agents I have dealt with and always goes the extra mile. Wish there were more agents like Colin around. If you are a landlord in North London, don't look any further. Even when my property was at risk of staying vacant, I didn't even think of employing anyone else and I have never regretted that decision. Keep it up Colin!

GoogleColin Scare and his colleagues have provided exceptional service for myself and my partner in renting our first home together. Everything from calling up for a viewing, to signing the tenancy agreement has been handed with absolute efficiency and professionalism. Colin worked over a bank holiday weekend to secure a flat for us, and has made us feel supported and secure in what is so often a stressful time. I would absolutely recommend this business.

GoogleColin Sclare estate agents provide a very good service for landlords. From what I have observed, tennants also seem very happy and impressed with the service. Colin is very efficient and organised. He addresses any potential issues promptly. He also has contacts with good reliable services such as plumbers, electrical technicians and cleaners, based in the local area. His management rates are very reasonable. I would certainly recommend him as a managing agent.

GoogleHighly recommended. We’ve rented flats from Colin Sclare over 5 years and they’re the best estate/manging agent I’ve come across. Whenever there is a issue it gets resolved pretty much immediately and there’s a great degree of flexibility too in all aspects. Can’t fault any aspect of the service.
