Colin is very helpful, kind and extremely professional. He has to make sure everything in writing, all documents must submit to his office, or email, or whatsapp.pictures. He checked everything so details, otherwise he won't provide a contract. He even delivered the contract to me at the door. Working so hard, even on Saturday evening, or Sunday.. I have used many agents before, but no one can compare with him. Simply Colin Sclare is the BEST. Strongly recommend him to any one regarding letting .

If I could give 10 *'s I would!! I can't rate Colin Sclare highly enough, he has made moving a pleasure (particularly in the current rental climate). I've personally been in the rental market in London for the last 17 years and to date this agency have been the best I have come across. I’ve dealt with a lot of managing agents in London and Colin is by far the best I’ve dealt with. Tenancy sign up paperwork was all in order and deposit correctly protected on time (which is a rarity) and everything good to go on move-in day. Colin was proactive in dealing with the Tenant Fees Act changes which came in when renewing the tenancy and very fast in actioning repairs. I’ve already recommended Colin to a friend who was looking for a flat in the area.

Colin is a great professional, who really knows the market and cares about his customers. I got a pleasure of knowing Colin for almost a year through one property and would like to call out the following: - very organised and transparent documents, etc - really quick response and proactive management - any issues are being resolved very quickly. E.g had a fallen tree from the storm over the weekend, which fell from the neighbour’s garden. Colin was very proactive to sort it out and deal with the neighbours and the tree surgeons on my behalf. He takes any raised points very seriously, event minor ones and does his best to address them promptly. Happy to recommend to everybody.
