GoogleI really do not recommend anybody use these estate agents, especially for sales- but also for rent. They are not helpful, completely abdicate their responsibilities and I completely regret ever doing a sale with them - I wish I had never got involved with them and advise everyone to stay away.

GoogleI recently used Anscombe in Totteridge to purchase my new property and was very very happy with the level of service I was given. Oliver was superb throughout the whole purchasing process, and went above and beyond in order to make sure that everything went smoothly and efficiently. He was prompt in returning answers to any questions I had and was very helpful. I cannot recommend the guys in the Totteridge branch enough. Keep up all the good work!

From the moment we met him his positive and calm energy rubbed off and quickly took away the stresses of looking for our dream home. Liam made our journey a pleasant one ensuring that all the information we needed was at hand and he was not pushy (unlike many agents we have dealt with), he let us take our time looking around the property, we didn't feel under pressure at all. Throughout the process Liam was on hand, if he wasn't available when we called, he called us back at his earliest convenience (which was never too long). He assisted with the vendor and with the solicitors and truly made buying our property a pleasurable and stress free experience. Liam, thank you ever so much and Anscombes should rest assured that they have a huge asset to their team. We will recommend Anscombes and Liam personally to anybody looking to purchase a property

GoogleIf I could I will give 0 stars. The worst agency in London. Leave people without water for weeks. Don't bother to call back. Keep saing that property menager it's on other phone when you try to solve your problem. Highly don't recommend.

GoogleMatthew and Liam at A&R have been absolutely brilliant in helping us to sell our house. Their professionalism and attention to detail were second to none. I was kept informed at all stages of the process of selling our house and their advice and good humour cannot be faulted. We felt very supported and well represented as we went through the emotional process of selling the family home. Phone calls were always returned promptly and if any negotiation had to undertaken, they were both straight on to it - we never had to chase any aspect of selling the house. I thoroughly recommend A&R, and in particular Matthew and Liam, to any potential sellers out there. Thank you both for all your hard work!

GoogleWe came across Anscombes when we went to view a house they were marketing which we really liked. We then put our house on the market through them the following week at a competitive commission rate. We had great photos done and viewings were arranged really quickly. From putting our house on the market at beginning of Feb, to finding a buyer, losing a buyer, finding another buyer, and then moving into our new house at end of July, 6 months start to finish was pretty good going I think. Liam and Matthew were very professional, approachable and responsive. They also encouraged us to deal direct with our buyer on a sticking point with their solicitor. This ended with things being resolved very quickly and I would encourage others to have direct contact between themselves rather than relying completely on solicitors. Despite a few minor hiccups, looking back the process was really very straightforward. I would use Anscombes in the future and recommend them to others.
