Stay away from these guys at all costs. If you are a tenant, you will be in for nasty surprises. They told us that the landlord has agreed to fix all the issues with the property. We trusted them only to find out that they had not verified whether the work was done or not. They just kept on telling us that the landlord has got all the work done at the property. We were shocked to find out after we had signed the agreement and paid the deposit that none of the issues we had identified with the property were taken care of. The paperwork was delayed for weeks even after all the money was paid. Oh yes they will only vet you as a tenant using credit checks etc. and not the landlord, they don't care about the landlord's background. They don't care about you as a tenant. After all, its the landlord who is giving them the money. They made us sign the paperwork twice and did not tell us that the Landlord had not signed the agreement afterwards We are appalled at the casual attitude of this so called award winning letting agency. This whole experience of dealing with these guys resulted in stress, waste of time and money and top of that resulted in us getting a property that is inhabitable!!!

Very pushy agents. It must be company protocol to first get the client to talk to their finance broker then arrange a viewing. Although I kept telling the guy that I don't need one he kept pushing so in the end I hang up the phone. Seriously, you need to reconsider your selling strategy. I am keeping away from them
