If Carlsberg did estate agents, they would all be like Chris! We were the buyers in a recent sale and I can honestly say that I have not come across a more genuine and efficient estate agent. Chris handled the post offer liaisons. He was in very regular contact with the us, the seller and both our solicitors. He would always call back when he said he would and chase whichever party he needed to chase when he said he would. Things got rocky towards the end of the purchase between us and the seller and I believe that without Chris holding everything together, the sale would have fallen through, which would have been a real shame because we now love our new home! Chris, Bee and the team worked tirelessly to complete our sale during what was, due to the stamp duty holiday, one of the busiest and most trying periods for a very long time. They couldn't always pick up when called but if I sent either Chris or Bee a message, they would always get back to me before close of business that day. Chris would make it his mission to chase down ever illusive solicitors and report back as soon as he had any news. During the last couple of weeks before exchange, there were days when I would speak with Chris, who is the branch manager two or three times. From the day we met Sam, until we closed the sale on 22.2 with Hannah and Bee... amazing service. From my first experience when viewing the property to which I am now renting, I had a very friendly and polite warm greeting from a lady called Homeira. Homeria answered all my questions and was super helpful once I decided to go ahead with my offer. When visiting the office to finalise my rental agreement I met Ashley whom extended my pleasant experience at Bairstow Eves by answering all my questions, offering future help and gave me all the advice I needed ahead of moving in. We sold a flat in Barnet in March 2018 thru Bairstow Eve. There was time pressure on completing the sale by the end of March. We worked closely with Bee at the North Finchley office. We cannot commend her highly enough for the way she managed the sale to ensure it was completed on time. She was fast, proactive and fully understood the urgency. Emails were answered quickly and she was always available on the phone. On one occasion she went far beyond the call of duty when she enlisted her father (who doesnt work for the agency, by the way) to help. I would highly recommend Bee if you are selling a property. Local agents can be absolutely brilliant when it comes to buying and selling but so too can nationwide firms such as Bairstow Eves. Chris and his team at the north Finchley branch are a close knit group. Their way of working puts the local community very much at centre of their business. Chris gave very good housing market advice when I was thinking of selling and his understanding of the local market was spot on. Buying through Bairstow Eves has been my easiest purchase so far (out of five properties). Mortgage adviser Akil was amazing and got me a great deal. I was kept informed very regularly and I'll certainly be using his financial services again when it comes to remortgaging. The professionalism and kindness of the whole team at Bairstow Eves North Finchley made this a very happy and stress free experience. There were no games in terms of offer and acceptance because the property was priced perfectly and I confidently offered the full asking price. Some firms like to 'test the market' and over value properties but they just end up stale and unsold often until the too high price is dropped. I'm so glad I found my perfect home through them and am so grateful for all the help I've received. A wonderful experience!

My experience with this estate agency was awful, I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Chris who is the manager has been rude, patronising, manipulative and even lied to me at a time! He was condescending continuously when I asked questions. It was impossible to get hold of them when needed. The solicitor they recommended to the sellers who I was buying from was horrendous!!! Ultimately my whole experience was terrible. I’d run a mile!

does absolutely nothing for the landlord. tenants caused damages to property and I have to give proof which no pictures were taken upon let. was not advised to do so and basically everything is sunny days when u first approach them and plenty of assurances. does nothing at the end of the agreement and tenants refuse to leave to add to frustration. call them up hardly answers the phone or on leave all the time. besides from taking a considerable ammount of fees from you along with hidden charges ( beware ) they do nothing.
