Even though my English is not very fluent, Adora patiently explained every detail to us, step by step. She never hesitated to go over anything we didn’t understand, making the whole process much easier. Over more than ten days of communication, she was always warm, patient, and genuinely helpful. I also want to mention her colleagues, Sarshar and Berf. They are wonderful, friendly, and sincere people. Together with Adora, they made every step of the process smooth and comfortable. Although, due to reasons on our side, we were not able to complete the process in the end, this did not change Adora’s dedication to her work or her respect and care for people. Baristoweve really has an amazing team. The professionalism, warmth, and kindness shown by Adora, Sarshar, and Berf are truly admirable. It was such a valuable experience to work with such a professional and genuinely caring team.

My end-of-tenancy experience with Bairstow Eves Finchley has been extremely disappointing, primarily due to the conduct of a staff member named Moshe. Over a period of three days, I sought urgent assistance regarding a matter with the Deposit Protection Scheme. Unfortunately, I was repeatedly fobbed off with vague responses and encountered an unprofessional and dismissive attitude. Despite being told to call back on Friday morning - knowing I had to submit a final response to the DP scheme at 11am - Moshe failed to take my calls or follow up as promised. This lack of accountability was not only unhelpful, but also deeply frustrating given the time sensitive nature of the issue. I attempted to escalate the matter through other departments within the Bairstow Eves and Countrywide networks, but was continously redirected back to the Finchley branch, which remained unresponsive. If this is the level of service provided by the branch's lettings manager, it raises serious concerns about how the office is run. Based on my experience, I would advise prospective tenants to consider alternative agencies.

I can not recommend Bairstow Eve sales North Finchley enough! I got 6 valuers to come to my property to value it and Bairstow Eves, Christopher was so professional and warming. He was interested in knowing about the property not just measuring it. He was also interested in me as a person and helping me achieve my goal to move. Then I met Klaensa and I could not have asked for a better selling agent. She is on job, making those phone calls, she keeps me updated and she also works so hard because she cares about her clients. Only giving 5 stars as 6 stars is not an option! Couldn't recommend Chris and his team (Pervin & Handy) more highly. Our 'straightforward move' turned into a bit of a marathon. Chris was almost single-handedly responsible for making it pushing it forward and making it happen, but it was his kindness to my disabled and highly-stressed brother which really sets him apart and that we particularly appreciated. Chris encouraged my brother to come and see him as much as needed, never complaining when he arrived unannounced with a cup of coffee demanding immediate action, and providing us updates, emotional support and pep talks throughout. I can't thank him enough. A god among estate agents - use him before he moves on!!

Last year I decided to taken on the 'challenge' of refurbishing a small residential flat, with the intent of renting the property out upon completion. This is something I had never done before, so 'challenge' was the operative word! Throughout the ups and downs of this process, Ivan at Bairstow Eves demonstrated the patience of a saint. He listened to my woes and provided valuable advice as and when retained appropriate. Once I was ready to rent out the property Ivan worked to identified the right tenant for me. It was not sufficient for Ivan to find just any 'tenant', it was important to him as it was to me to identify the right person(s). Nothing has ever been too much trouble. If you are looking for an estate agent who will go above and beyond to help you buy or sell then Chris at Bairstow Eves, North Finchley is the estate agent to go to. We sold a house recently using Chris and his team. Had a very quick sale (within hours) and although it took a little longer than we had hoped, mainly due to us allowing our tenants taking longer to vacate than we had hoped, all was fairly smooth. Chris kept us informed all the way through and was very helpful. Special mention to Pervin who helped me when we discovered a lot more junk in the loft than we had expected when doing a final clear out. (Hope the clothes washed OK!). If I had a bit of constructive criticism it would be that I would like the various parts of Countrywide (agents, rental management team, and conveyancing solicitors) to work together a bit more. Although not the biggest issue I was expecting, for example, the solicitor to contact the management team for things like gas safety certs etc rather than me having to get them and forward on the the solicitor. More of a corporate issue than a people issue I guess but we chose CW conveyancing because we were expecting things like that to happen.
