I was seeking a flat/house to let and have had some not so nice experiences, then I went to view a property handled by this company Aston Square... all staff was just an AWESOME Agents Friendly, professional and nothing was too much trouble for them, and really goes out of his way to help. They was very thorough, pleasant and patient, while made sure all info was provided and understood. I'm now living happily in my new flat... Im absolutly thankful and would highly recommend using this company/Agent Aston square as they goes beyond expectations and they provide professional service! Aston Square offers a good experience…

Aston Square offers a good experience with estate agents for renters. Having rented with them for about three years, their team has been helpful in addressing issues promptly and making the stay comfortable. Gabriella Cantor and Mark have been particularly commendable in their service. However, given there's always room for improvement, I would give them an average rating. Overall, Aston Square is a reliable choice for those new to London or needing assistance during challenging times like COVID-19.

My experience with Aston Square has been great. (I rented 2 consecutive years with them and I am writing this review one month after leaving the flat). The check-in was great, the flat was given in good clean condition. I only had an issue once with the washing machine which they resolved within 24h sending a technician. Any time I needed to contact them, I received a response within a day. They did not push me to contract any professional cleaning when I left the flat, just offered a recommended one and asked me to leave the flat in the same condition I received it. I always take care of the flats as if they are my own (cleaned it myself), so I returned it in the same condition I received it apart from normal +2y wear and tear. I received my full deposit back within 2 weeks. Highly recommended, very reasonable people.

0 or less star for this letting agents - specifically to Simon and company (his colleagues in mgmt) Sorry Simon, you have been totally unfair, not trustworthy agent and especially too “mild” when problem occurs in the noisy Lattitude house, W3. I needed to tell you twice what to do to remind others on house rules. Then pretending on being deaf on Morrison’s overnight loading and truck parked 50cm from our apartment window (double yellow line) etc etc - list is too long. You could have done more effort if your position would be in question. And “gentle reminders” of my emails to get any of his “prompt” email responses. My sincere apologies for spending my precious time of arguing with you, especially while pregnant, and had 0 understanding what was going on with that Lattitude house hassle. Absolutely agency to avoid at all cost and save your nerves if you want to have a sleepy nights as that wasn’t mentioned on the viewing as there’s much more behind those lovely apartments.
