All the bad reviews about Aston Square not replying or attending viewings are true. They were eager to arrange one, but on the day no one showed up or picked up the phone, despite me calling countless times on all provided numbers. No one ever replied to my emails either. Looking for a flat is stressful enough, and this kind of behaviour just makes it worse. I wouldn’t bother with this agency.

GoogleIf you're looking to have your time wasted, Nick at Aston Square is your man. He’s mastered the art of ignoring clients, as I haven't heard back from him in a week despite multiple attempts to reach out. It seems 'professionalism' at this company means ignoring emails and phone calls. Extremely poor service, zero stars would be more accurate.

Josh is also extremely helpful and responds quickly to other questions. He knows we are in a rush for our application, so he goes through our document quickly

Gabriella Cantor is by far the best property manager ever. Responds and resolves all issue super quickly. I feel truly lucky to have Aston Square, especially Gabriella as my property manager.

TrustpilotFlat viewing cancelled via WhatsApp with 3 minutes notice!!
I had a flat viewing today in London at 12:50 with Sol Cohen. The viewing was confirmed for 12:50, and we even spoke to Sol the day before.I travelled across London, well over an hour trip, to the flat which was by Kings Cross. At 12:47 (for a 12:50 viewing), Sol sent a one liner message on WhatsApp saying ‘Am really sorry have to cancel not feeling well’.He was in contactable via phone after that, and I could not get hold of the estate agency either.To give 3 minutes notice when people travel far to view properties is unprofessional and disrespectful. I will avoid this agency, and certainly will avoid Sol Cohen

GoogleMy daughter has had nothing but crap from Nick, phone call after phone call , being ignored to then making a appointment to view a property, my daughter travelled over an hour to the property, waited outside for 30 mins after appointment time to message Nick to then be told the property had been given away, nothing but crap experience with this company

Highly recommended!!!Everyone knows how difficult is to move to a new place now during COVID-19 but Aston Square team made a fantastic job. Miriam was very professional , very approachable and willing to help any time.Special Thank you to Josh who made me feel welcome when I was calling him on the phone no matter what time . GoogleJosh is a very professional kind and honest person. It there was a problem he was always very helpful, even if it was not his responsibility. We had received a high quality service. The office of Aston square property is in a very good location easy access, and there are plenty of parking. It was a pleasure dealing with him, and I would highly recommend to anyone. Josh is very nice and professional. He is very helpful in everything. If there was any problem, he was always there to help us, which made the task very easy. We were able to organize the cyber attack on the apartment in about 3 days, he detailed everything and wrote it down exactly to make our work easier. I can recommend it with great love, it was a very good idea for us. The office is easily accessible, with good parking.

GoogleI was seeking a flat/house to let and have had some not so nice experiences, then I went to view a property handled by this company Aston Square... all staff was just an AWESOME Agents Friendly, professional and nothing was too much trouble for them, and really goes out of his way to help. They was very thorough, pleasant and patient, while made sure all info was provided and understood. I'm now living happily in my new flat... Im absolutly thankful and would highly recommend using this company/Agent Aston square as they goes beyond expectations and they provide professional service!
