The whole process from viewing, references, checks to signing agreement has been really simple and Lorna has been on-hand to help with everything throughout the process. 3 weeks ago I was still looking for somewhere to live and was hoping to move before xmas and I am now about to move in. GoogleHaving recently moved home, the support I had from Andrews was exceptional. They helped me during each step of my move from finding somewhere, to visiting the property to the application process and following things up as I prepared to move in. I must also highlight the individual support from Lorna (Piggott) who was a great help and was always there to offer advice when needed. Lorna is a star!

It has been a slightly slow process because some prospective tenants have pulled out e.g. due to changes in their circumstances. I contacted Andrews as the oven in my rented accommodation had stopped working. It was dealt with by Owen Copson, who arranged for it to be fixed very quickly and efficiently. I also had a follow up email after the job had been completed to check that the work had been done and everything was ok. Very happy. Thank you Owen.

GoogleWe recently rented a property and Antoine Hughes was of great help from the time the property was shown to us until we moved in. Our overall experience has been excellent as Antoine was there supporting us every step of the way through to completion. There were a few hiccups initially but then again he stepped in and got those issues also resolved. Definitely recommend and if you have Antoine Hughes as your agent, then I assure you he will be there with you throughout the journey till you get keys in hand.

GoogleWe had a such a great experience with Andrews. Everybody we spoke with was great, but we mainly spoke with Antoine. He was very flexible when it came to arranging our viewing, the communication was great throughout, and Antoine was particularly helpful in going back and forth between ourselves and our new landlord. You could really tell that he was going the extra mile for us to ensure we felt comfortable during which can sometimes feel like a bit of an uncertain period between having an offer accepted and actually moving in. We'd also like to thank Tara, who showed us another property first of all and then recommended we see the property we eventually ended up taking. For all of this, we would certainly recommend Andrews to any family or friends. Many thanks!
