Andrews have been a fantastic estate agents! We have moved four times, and used them every time because they have been so great. We have been so impressed with how helpful, friendly and professional all of the staff members have always been. Their expertise and skill is always obvious too. Hamza from the Bear Flat branch has been particularly outstanding for the move we have just completed. A solicitor and estate agent from higher up our chain have been very weak, and Hamza has worked incredibly hard to fill the gap left by them. He has always kept us informed and seemed to genuinely care about our family and our house moving experience. He really has gone above and beyond for us, and we are incredibly grateful - this move probably would never have happened if it hadn't been for him!

GoogleThey are the most laziest estate agents I have come across in Barnet region.
Recently I completed purchase via them, I have no words to express my unsatisfaction, they never bothered to chase the seller when completion was getting delayed when purchased via auction, they never ever pick the phone, they never bothered to hand over the keys at the house instead asked me to come to the office to pick the keys stating they are too busy to come to the site for keys handover.
Requested to value the property several times for rental purpose, they never ever bothered to call me or take my request.
