So the person responsible and lead incompetent is going to deal with a complaint- we'll done. When we met to discuss the debacle you were mute and failed mention arrangements had been made despite a direct enquiry. You have caused us financial hardship.BE VERY WARY of contracting with them.
Now that you have advised the complaint relates to the Branch Manager, we have asked the relevant Regional Manager to investigate and respond to your complaint. This process is also being overseen by our central customer service team.

In all that time I have received a very professional service.Our main dealings have been with Tara Darling who has certainly improved our things since her promotion to managing the Barnet Branch.Its a pleasant experience dealing with this company and it's good to know that through their constant training programme our interests will be protected and we will not fall foul of any regulations.
