GoogleThe worst ever people to deal with ,not answering the calls they put u on hold 14 min then cut off ,they book u a viewing and not turning up ,even did not apologise or call to let us know that the agent not coming . Please all the property owners do not advertise on their website because it is impossible to view your property and you are the looser. Poor quality ,poor value ,not professional ,not responsive ,disgusting waste of time .

GoogleI have been with Andrews for over 15 years, all their staff including the branch manager provide an excellent service which has not deteriorated in the time I have known them, and I will highly recommend them to anyone thinking of using their services.

GoogleDisgusted with unprofessionalism and arrogance of their employees . Gave them offer to the property i was going to rent with one condition, that it will be minimum 2 year contract .They agreed, wasted my time to go through all referencing procedure .Then showed up with one year contract and telling me that its ok like that .No,Mr Nathan its not ok.Im still waiting for my deposit you were very quick to take but not as quick to give back.

They provide a professional service with excellent communication and online response, especially important during the current situation. GoogleSteer clear at all costs but if you do rent a property through them, take photographs of absolutely everything as soon as you get the keys and mark the check-in inventory with every single defect, no matter how petty you may consider it to be. Keep hold of it as they won't use it as a comparator at check-out and will try and sting you for faults already there. It took weeks for Avneet to respond to emails and usually only after numerous phone calls. Any repairs were done reluctantly and usually with demands for contribution. They are extremely landlord-centric. Expect to send Avneet at least 4 chasers and to make numerous phone calls for each enquiry. Follow up each telephone call and face to face meeting with an email and keep this as evidence ... you will need It. Be prepared to go to DPS at the end of your tenancy as you WILL need to if you want your deposit back. I cannot stress enough the importance of keeping every single piece of correspondence and records of telephone calls and face to face meetings with this bunch of incompetent rip-off merchants. UPDATE I took my landlord to arbitration over the deduction from my deposit and won!

GoogleI wish I could give no star , the worst estate agent I've ever seen, very poor service, the agent is playing with tenants life , keep deposit for unreasonable reasons, Avneet the most horrible person in this agent ,doesn't read the emails or texts and the only excuse she finds is I was away or I was having my meal or I was on my holiday, don't trust on non of them , they are real thieves, the only answer for the tenants are we are going to speak with landlord but they never do it ,they are not in touch with the landlord just for small things , the best way is to manage all your job with a supervisor or the head office
