GoogleOnly purchased through GSC Barnard Castle but was treated brilliantly by all. We got more info from the staff than we did from our own solicitor. Would highly recommend their services.

GoogleAnswered the phone promptly and courteously but could not help as once again the landlord would not accept one well behaved dog. Sadly this is the norm wherever I ring.

GoogleAbsolutely excellent service. The team couldn't do enough, and nothing was too much trouble. They were so helpful and supportive in what was a very challenging process and made us feel like their only customer. Would 100% recommend them.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We are very sorry to hear that you feel the service was below standard. There are company procedures and government legislation that our staff have to follow when letting a property, particularly around Anti-Money Laundering Regulations and references. We pride ourselves on taking our customers through these policies in a professional and helpful manner. In light of your comments, we will review our staff training.
