GoogleAfter 3 years of communication with Taylor Davis (Lettings Branch Manager) I decided to rent my property and I must say, I am impressed with the service he provided. His professionalism is unmatched, he is a great listener and is very detailed in his communication which gives me ease as a new landlord. Eventually, when Taylor had his annual leave, I was introduced to the Lettings Negotiator Leah Nabayego and she was very helpful. She managed to find and source some great tenants with her charismatic and joyful personality. The team is great and they feel like a family; Taylor and Leah, thank you for your personable approach to renting my property. I feel assured the management is in safe hands.

GoogleThis is the worst estate agents I've ever had the misfortune of contacting, In particular an agent called Taylor. He was extremely rude when he showed me and my wife around a property and then cancelled our viewing an hour before it was scheduled, we called to make sure everything was okay as we were travelling from the other side of london only to be told in a very condescending manner that the property had been taken.Taylor also lied to my wife that he told me other people were viewing the property when I called him to arrange the viewing. There was no consideration or remorse, we had booked time of work to see this property. These people do not care about you, they just want their commission for letting out the property. Avoid using these timewasters.NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe have had a terrible experience trying to communicate with this lettings branch. We are tenants in a property which is not correctly licensed and was let via Haart to the person we thought was an agent for the landlord but was actually sub-letting with Haart's approval. This person has subsequently not paid the rent despite us paying in full for 9 years and we are now being evicted against our will with no prior knowledge of this issue which has been ongoing for more than 12 months. I have tried many many times to communicate with this office but can never reach anyone except their "concierge" service who can only take a message. I would not trust my property to these people if it is not possible to communicate on such an important issue!

We appreciate the frustration of awaiting an outcome and we assure you we are doing all we can to seek conclusion on this tenancy. The comments regarding haart agreeing to the sub-letting of a property is not accurate, we understand this is an important matter and we have confirmed we will remain in touch as soon as we have more information. As discussed with our Area Director when you spoke, you were grateful for her call and had said you would remove this post as it was intended by means of getting a response, but would only remove it subject to satisfactory conclusion. GoogleHaart has been helping us find a property. They make every effort to accommodate for viewings that suits my busy schedule. Everyone is really helpful especially Mithun - He’s very polite, welcoming, friendly and makes you feel at ease. He always replies to his emails promptly. Great service!
