we were invited by haart for an open house on 39 Cheriton Ave IG5 0QN. we liked the house we viewed, our situation is we have to sell our house we were possibly considering initially to sell with you guys too. but our experience today has been such i big put off that i can not explain with words, your agent needs a lot of training on customer service and people skills, we understand as an agent they have to talk a lot but should still need to know what to say and what not to say we found him to be Extremely RUDE, arrogant possibly Racist and extremely proud. He conveniently forgot to mention his name but the other guy present was Vikram.

I have spoken to my colleague that you saw, Mithun, and his recollection of these events do differ from your review of events, but he is apologetic if you felt uncomfortable in any way as this is never what he intended. I have spoken to Aatika this morning and apologised for the way you felt leaving the viewing, but we have agreed that this could have been an isolated incident and asked you and Aatika to consider trying to view with haart again for a different experience. I am sorry that you feel my colleague was rude and arrogant, and I can confirm that he was in no way racist towards you and my other colleague Vikram has also confirmed this was not the case, and Aatika has agreed this to be unlikely and not at all personal. I hope we can move forward from here and to show you our focus on customer satisfaction which is of the utmost importance to us. Please contact me to discuss this further if necessary. We cannot fault the service and compassion we received in the sale of the property. Alex was superb from the off, and despite a challenging sale, he never lost patience. Tony also was consistenty supportive, friendly and cheerful. Amanda see the sale right through to end smoothly.. Cannot thank you all enough

Couldn't have asked for a better service from this team. The moment we met Tony we knew he was the agent for us, he was honest, funny and answered all the questions I kept throwing at him. Tony valued, Mithun showed clients round and then once the offer was on the table Ruth stepped in and did the constant chasing of the solicitors. You really couldn't ask them to give more. Highly recommended all round.

I recently had the pleasure of viewing a property with Haart and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service they provided. From the very beginning, they were professional, attentive, and always available to answer any questions I had. They made the process of finding a rental property seamless and stress-free. Mr. Taylor assigned to me was knowledgeable about the local market and was able to find properties that matched my specific needs and budget. He was always prompt in scheduling viewings and made sure that I saw a variety of options before making a decision. He were also very helpful in answering any questions I had about the properties and the process of renting. I was particularly impressed with how well the agent communicated throughout the process. They kept me updated on the status of my application and any other important information in a timely manner. They were also very responsive to any questions or concerns I had. The agent also went above and beyond to ensure that the move-in process went smoothly. They made sure that all the necessary paperwork was in order and that the keys were ready for me on the day of move-in. They also made sure that the property was clean and in good condition before I moved in. Overall, I had an excellent experience working with this estate and letting agent. They were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient agent. They truly made the process of finding and renting a property a positive experience.
