GoogleA truly outstanding service! We bought and, later, sold our home with this estate agent hence we have experience dealing with them on both sides of real estate transactions so to speak. We found that Jack Powell, Tracy Brace and all the staff there to be courteous, patient, helpful and personable at all times. Moving home can be stressful at any time hence if you are looking to relieve this stress and you are based in East London then I would strongly suggest that the professional and knowledgeable service provided by this small local business. They are superb in everything that they do!

GoogleI sold my house through Arbon & Miller as I had previously bought it via them a few years earlier. I have to say the service they provide is wonderful. They are not your typical 'wanky' estate agents - they always kept me full informed on all offers, all viewings and they wouldn't let anyone through the door to view willy nilly as some agents do - they vet the people walking around your house, making sure they have mortgages in place - not someone who just fancies a mooch at your house (some chain-estate agents do this). They're so professional making sure they make the very most of your house when taking pictures (they'd make your bed for you rather than shoot it looking messy!). They are courteous, honest, helpful, and push everything through for you with your solicitors making sure selling or buying a home with them goes as smoothly as possible. I honestly can not recommend them enough, and i say this as when I moved, I had to deal with a lot of agents, who were quite frankly, awful. These guys are the best.

GoogleThey found 3 serious buyers for our house but unfortunately we couldn't find anything we liked, at times I could be a ratty old bag but they never ever reacted and stayed professionals at all times and looked after our house as though it was there own we finally moved last October and I bet there was a huge sigh of relief when we signed the final paperwork. Thank you to all the very patient staff at Arbon and Miller
