I chose Tom an independent agent over the larger multi agents, because he gave me confidence from the very first meeting that he had a great deal of experience, and was not pushy. He did not disappoint it was a pleasure working with Tom and his team, who were always available to answer questions and give updates. They also helped arrange additional tasks, such as house clearance and reading meters. His hard work resulted in a very quick, stress free sale.. After five of our friends selling their properties through Tom Ashwood and recommending the agency to each other, we decided to list our Mum's flat with them. The property had an open day for viewings within a few days of signing up and we received an acceptable offer straight away. That fell through but fortunately there was another buyer at the same offer that had been held in reserve. The sale has now completed and everything went through very smoothly, we were kept updated at each turn by either Tom, Humzah or Harvey and feel the service we received was excellent. The members at the agency were very efficient, friendly and professional at all times. We in turn would recommend this agency to anyone wanting to sell their property.

I recently exchanged on a simultaneous purchase and sale for which Tom Ashwood Real Estate were the agents on both sides of the transaction (listing my flat and selling the house that I’ve purchased). I have to say that Paul & Humzah, who were my primary contacts were absolutely fantastic and on occasion when I got Tom he was just as good, they are some of the best professionals I’ve come across in any industry. Throughout the whole process they have been extremely responsive/communicative (with Paul replying late at night and on the weekends when I needed assistance/reassurance). They offered actionable advice in tricky situations (that only senior long-standing professionals could), and genuinely have gone above and beyond anything that I expected from an agent. This has all been especially valued in a turbulent transaction where a number of things out of everyone’s control went wrong. I honestly don’t think we could have found a way to exchange without all the help from these guys. I would highly recommend the team at Tom Ashwood to any prospective seller or buyer, they are truly genuine in the way they operate, and are some of the most sensible / trusted partners you could hope to have on your side for a property transaction (as a seller OR as a buyer).
