My very first conversation with Paul led me to leave the MA I initially had my property advertised with. I had such a difficult time with getting my house sold and the experience I had with Sandra davidson. Paul stepped in and honestly from then I was rest assured Paul and the team will help me sell my house. Paul from the very beginning was my biggest support, he was always so reassuring and took time to listen and helped me stay positive throughout. Paul was always just one phone call away very informative and always provided regular updates liasing with all all parties and making sure that everything was going according to meet completion date. Even towards the very end with a slight hicup with a rate change on completion date he still managed to make sure the completion date was accomplished. He truly made it a magical memory i will always remember this moment. Thank you to Humzah and Tom for also being part of this journey, and helping me. They were all always one phone call away and always responded straight away to any query. The service I received from the team was more than a 5 star experience, I actually felt blessed to have them all help me through the process. Paul and Humzah are highly skilled and personable professionals who stepped in and was there for me every step of the way. Their customer service I can honestly say, I have never experienced any where else, they always ensured I was happy every step of the way. We just bought our property with Tom Ashwood. Humzah was the agent for our property, we were very happy with the regular communication we had with Humzah who was not only very approachable to ask any questions to but he also always took initiative to regularly update us. It was obvious how hard he worked to get us to completion as there were a few challenges with the seller. From start to finish he was extremely helpful. So I would highly recommend this estate agent company. Personally, we would definitely go with Tom Ashwood again thanks to Humzah.

I used them recently to sell my sister’s house and they were absolutely exceptional. Paul Quatremain and Humzah were very approachable and professional from day one. So after having a really bad experience with a local agent ( high street franchise) we were left in a tricky position; guzumped on our purchase weeks before completion, interest rates raising faster than expected and a mortgage offer only valid for a few months…. If I’m honest I wasn’t sure what to expect when I first enquired about a property with Tom Ashwood the inexperience in me thought your safer with a high street agent, but after a quick chat with Paul and Tom where I explained our position, these guys helped us secure our dream home within 6 weeks, we were first time buyers and the way they helped us navigate the process was very much personalised after all I didn’t think I would have the personal numbers of company directors and be able to call them anytime I needed. Very disappointing experience. They speak rudely and unprofessionally on the phone. The advertisement shows one price, but in reality they ask for £50k more. I understand that in London the ‘offers over’ system is common, but the difference should be reasonable, not so inflated. It feels like buyers are being misled with an artificially low price and then pushed to pay much more. This approach is neither transparent nor fair.

I have sold my flat through Tom Ashwood Estate Agents. I was particularly happy with Harvey whom acted very quickly when my buyer’s bank had a problem with the lease indemnity. Instead of waiting for another few weeks he asked the buyer to swap lender with new loan approved within 2 days. Then Harvey called me on 3rd day that a valuation was booked for next day. So, after the call he arranged for someone to speedily collected the keys from my letting agent within the next 3 hours. A week later I was so thrilled that I was able to exchange contract and complete the day after. I would recommend them to other sellers.
