GoogleThe members of the barking office are professional and very helpful. They helped me get my rental property up to a good market standard and found me a good tenant surprisingly quickly. Everyone I have spoken to within the team are pleasant and helpful.

GoogleThey have some very RUDE staff. I was talking to Lee and he shown how RUDE a human can be to another. I don't really understand how, people like Lee gets job in customer Service.

GoogleIt's not often that I take the time out of my schedule to write a review, But in this case I had to make an exception. I am a first time landlord and while shopping around different letting agents I called your Barking office and spoke with a gentleman by the name of Matthew Cann. I can only say thank goodness I made this call. Matthews telephone demeanour is outstanding. His competent advise and knowledge was far in excess of several of the other agents I had previously spoken to. His knowledge of the lettings industry put the other agents to shame. He is a credit to Bairstows As soon as my property is available for rent I will most certainly be in contact with Matthew with a view to Bairstows becoming my letting agent. I will also recommend without hesitation anybody I know that requires assistance in the rental market to contact Matthew.
