GoogleI would give 0 stars if I could, but I suppose 1 star is fair as they did find a tenant! But an appalling level of service and a very very poor experience dealing with Denis and Anne at this branch. They let our flat, creating problems and obstacles (and additional un-necessary cost) along the way that were really down to their own lack of knowledge and lack of competence. The real icing on the cake was after the letting (thankfully we got a great tenant) when they didn't release our rent money due to their own internal processes and incorrect information held. When they finally released it, it was wrong. Complaints to head office go unanswered until you email the entire company! Then a person says .... "I cant comment, I wasn't there". They don't address the points in the complaint, are as rigid and inflexible and un-understanding as a brick wall. On top of that I was dealt with in a dismissive and dis-interested and at times rude and way by the staff. Entirely taken for granted and not a single utterance of apology or contrition.
