GoogleI came here to look at office space. There is no parking for the office as such you need to pay for a pass. The offices are quite small especially for what they are charging. The roundabout near this place is horrendous and always busy.

GoogleJust had my exam here today (a Sunday) and it was a stressful experience. I arrived half an hour early to find the front doors locked and having tried to ring the buzzer and knock on the window to get the attention of the cleaner I had no way to get into the building for my CII exam. I managed to get in after someone was getting out, and there was no reception staff to help direct me to the floor for my exam. I had to call PSI to find out where to go. The exam room was really hot, and uncomfortable. I can't fault the PSI invigilator inside the test room as he was friendly but the building manager could be better. Overall poor experience. No parking on site either you have to chance it with the Wickes car park (1.5 hr limit) or Tesco (2 hr limit)

GoogleWorst in accounts management I have had ever experienced. I kept getting very harsh reminder emails to pay rent dues even when I had paid rents. I also heard about deposits not getting refunded in time. They have weird ways of billing many days before the next month's rent. I have given my notice to quit and would ask prospective tenants to think twice before considering to take the place. Very bad experience. I will be the happiest man the day I will be able to leave with my deposit in hand.

GoogleCustomer service is diabolical. Avoid like a plague!!! Senior staff members let authority get to their head, they forget the users of these offices are contributors to their wage. I’ve seen many different faces behind the front desk, all look as though they’d rather be somewhere else. I’ve only been there 5 months, and noticed a constant rotation of employees. These poor soul just don’t want to be there, speaks in volume. They’ll make you false promises, worst thing is they duck and dive when they have no authority to actually front it. No real people to action any inquiries, including the helpdesk. Do not get fooled by these amateurs, the only thing they aced is the contract you sign which is in favour of them, no break clause.. do not get stung. If you want your business to thrive, REGUS is not the place to be. Go anywhere else but here. These lot fail in all aspect of serviced office’s, not gonna waste my breath, just read all the reviews. They consistently fail in the same departments. Failure here is a common practice. Only there for your hard earned cash, use it wisely.

GoogleGood experience using this location. Tidy Business Lounge with refreshments, good WiFi connection, very attentive, listening staff with great smiles and always helpful with the prints. Parking on site can be sometimes limited but there is unlimited free parking at the massive Tesco car park just across the road to it. It doesn't hurt that it is easily accessible to the A13, A12, and A406 to connect thereon to the M25. The hidden gem with the location are the very helpful and pleasant staff. All in all, the location is a fine place to do work from. Recommended.

GoogleThis building is occupied by multiple businesses on the ground floor there is a reception and on each floor there is a security fob only authorised people can go through on the selected floor.
