I'm writing this on behalf of my parents, as they were the client and I helped liaise with the team at the branch. It has been a smooth run with the team they came in with a reasonable valuation and managed to the booking through covid giving ample time to make arrangements to be out of the house. They filtered through offers and people who didn't seem serious and put forward those with genuine interest and reasonable offers we could consider.
