GoogleJust lost out on £3k and am homeless. I was in the process of purchasing a property and was told with confidence that the tenants will move out and have never caused a sale to fall through. I put my time into this, I lost out £3k and have nowhere to live after spending months on trying to buy this place. I told one agent Daniel Leverton about my mortgage offer expiry date he just kept saying don’t worry they will move out. I eventually spoke to the manager Karen Dunnage and she said she just found out about my mortgage expiry and the seller only gave notice to the tenants after this. Poor communication, confidence which shouldn’t have been there. I am fuming!

GoogleMet with Lee and a colleague in August to discuss putting my property on the market. They spent a considerable amount of time with us to go over every question we had with no rush or hard sales pitch, which was refreshing as we had seen a few agents. They also had a personal touch in correspondence after the visit which had been discussed during the valuation, it was nice and showed that they had actually been listening rather than looking at just selling a service. I set targets and expectations and they did not fail to deliver, making the whole process simple from start to finish, the team (Karen, Daniel & Nathan) worked tirelessly to ensure there was no hassle or inconvenience to myself whilst still keeping me up-to-date. Bairstow Eves (Dagenham Heathway branch) was exceptional and I have already recommended to a family member who is looking to sell at the end of the year!
