GoogleI want to thank Daniel Leverton and Karen Dunnage for helping me purchase my very first home. Bairstow Eve called me on regular basis to inform me about houses as soon as the it came on the market!! They were soo helpful and knew soo much about the area I was moving to. I was also able to get my mortgage through Bairstow eve. My Mortgage broker Vicky Morkunas was amazing and was able very good rate. I would deffo Recommend. Thank you Again!!!!

GoogleWe were looking for a second property and Daniel Leverton was great in understanding what it was we were looking for. He communicated with us regularly and made kept us up to date with any properties that became available within our specifications. Ultimately we found a property in a different area which exactly met our criteria. As we were buyers "Good Value" isn't something we could comment on but I imagine, given his attention to details and fitting buyers criteria to sellers needs, good value would be 5 stars for any seller. GoogleWe were lucky enough to be served by Adam & Karen who helped us secure our new home. Adam made the experience so pleasant and relaxed from the initial stages. He was always ready on call & so informative about the whole process! Karen was so lovely & easy to talk too. Our previous experience with other estate agents were quite bad so we were not feeling too great but they really lifted our spirits. We are so thankful to both for making the process easier for us by being so helpful! 10/10 for the best customer experience!

They were so patient when explaining procedures and very realistic when relaying information instead of giving false hopes. GoogleContacted the agency Bairstow Eves and viewed a flat listed with them. As first time buyer, I enjoyed long conversations and I was advised in detail by Daniel Leverton regarding various aspects of buying a property and alternative approaches, I have been even offered mortgage/broker alternatives or conveyance lawyers to help proceed in a timely manner. Even if I ended up trying to purchase a different property, I appreciate the service level Daniel and his company provided and I warmly recommend them if you need advice or are entangled in sometimes intricate process of buying or selling a property.

GoogleGarry Wilson has been extremely helpful to me both when I was selling my house 209 New road Dagaham RM10 9LU and the buying of 35A Beam Avenue Dagenham.
