Dealing with Con O'Neill, whom we found to be very professional, thorough and honest, helped the experience become more enjoyable and provided us peace of mind. We used SherryFitzgerald to manage our rental property in D8 for 2 years. During the period, they inspected the property 4 times and told us it was all ok to be re-let. However on my own inspection I found serious water damage in 3 area that were totally ignored and cost 1000’s to put right. After a complaint was raised and followed up, nothing was admitted so we fired them! They are incompetent and just want to churn properties. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

Keenly priced service. Accurate determination of the asking price relative to the expected selling price, which surpassed the asking price by about 12%. Very professional management of the viewings and queries. The online MySherryFitzgerald platform bidding system was transparent and most fair and we wish all estate agents used this system.

If there's a 0 start option, I'd definitely rate that as 0. They're not protecting tenant rights, very slow and not hands-on on the issues raised and basically they're acting like a roadblock rather than solution provider.I'd think twice if Sherry Fitzgerald is the agent for the property.

Very bad experience with this company. The estate agent is inhumanly acting, literally bullying people, and ignoring the law, violating all human rights. After a complaint to the head office, no response or case resolution.
