GoogleFor various reasons, the sale of our dear Mum and Dad’s property had become particularly problematic. Once Nikki got stuck into the task, her tenacity, professionalism and hard work finally paid off, and we could not recommend her and Winkworth’s highly enough. The constant updates and chasing of all parties concerned finally got this difficult sale ‘over the line’, for which we thank all the team, but mostly Nikki. GoogleIn a world where companies seem to have little regard for service, Winkworths in Banstead village is a jewel. Our experience was stressful due to it being the last weeks of the stamp duty discount and our solicitor being particularly difficult to contact. Richard, Andrew and their team at the Banstead Village branch kept us amazingly well informed about the whole chain and even managed to contact our solicitor when we couldn’t. They always dealt with us in a calm and professional manner. Down to the last minute they were there supporting us and providing us with the latest information and without their help and guidance, I don’t believe we could have completed in time. They are the most friendly and efficient team and were still offering help and advice once we had completed.

GoogleWinkworth handled both the sale of our house and the purchase of my own house within Banstead. After the first buyers dropped out shortly before exchange they managed to find a new buyer within a couple of days which meant that I was not going to lose my new property. I was very pleased with the reassurance that Richard gave me during the stressful process and Nikki worked very hard and efficiently to get everything sorted. I can highly recommend Winkworth Estate Agents and all their staff.
