We have had a fantastic experience with Catherine at Winkworth during the purchase of our house. From the first viewing through to completion she was incredibly helpful, always available to answer questions and keep us updated. She has been especially helpful in letting us view the house several times with builders, so we could measure up and be ready to start the refurb on the day of exchange. That flexibility and support has made a huge difference to us. Catherine really went above and beyond and we are very grateful for her hard work. We have recently completed on our property and as first time buyers we had no idea what to expect but Catherine kept us up to date so regularly which really put us at ease. Every single process we felt was so smooth sailing due to Catherine being so attentive and genuinely just very caring about our situation and getting us in our property as quickly and smoothly as possible. From start to finish Winkworth in Banstead were nothing short of fantastic. Alison took us for 2 viewings - she was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. This wasn't an easy process, with a unstable chain breaking down and causing delay after delay over an 8 month period. Andrew (Branch Manager) called me weekly to give updates, and was always professional and affable for both good news and bad. Andrew was our main source of information as none was forthcoming from our conveyancer, and Andrew worked tirelessly to keep us informed particularly as we approached exchange. Thank you Winkworth for securing us such a lovely home. I fully recommend you with 5 stars.

The only thing I can say about the whole team at Winkworth Banstead is that they are absolutely amazing! Really amazing! We found our home through them and moved 2 weeks ago and we are still so grateful for their integrity, honesty and genuine care throughout the process! As soon as you speak to any of the team you know straight away they are experienced and professional. We can’t thank Andrew, Richard and Alison enough - they made our dream happen and we know that had the house been on the market with another agent we may not have got it! What really stood out was that from end to end (viewing, putting in an offer and getting to exchange and completion) they managed the whole process seamlessly, with absolute honesty, were always available to take our call and took away any stress that comes from house selling/buying. It gets better…. when we completed and picked up the keys I can honestly say the whole team were genuinely thrilled for us - not because it was another house they had completed on but genuinely happy for us!!! My partner and I recently completed the purchase of our first house together (partners second house) and we were absolutely delighted with the service we received from Winkworth - Banstead. The help we received from Nikki was fantastic. We're also grateful to Alison for hosting the viewing and the rest of the team for taking what must have felt like hundreds of calls and messages, but always making sure the message was passed on. We felt the Communication was the most impressive aspect of Nikki's service. Several times going above and beyond, and actually passing on key information that should have been communicated by our Conveyancer (but wasn't), and consistently keeping touch with us regarding developments on both our side and the vendors. My partner and I couldn't recommend Winkworth - Banstead enough, and would certainly consider using them again in the future if circumstances were to allow for it. Selling a house when you are abroad is not an easy task, but they did everything they could to make it as smooth as possible. They even went to check on the property once a week after it had gone under offer. Nikki had listened to my requirements for my new home and when a property suddenly became available again, one day before exchange, she knew I would love it and so she contacted me. Within an hour, I was at the property, made an offer that afternoon which was accepted. That evening Richard called suggesting that I use the solicitor that the previous buyers were using as they had all the paperwork etc. I spoke with them and within 2 days contracts were ready for signature. I exchanged within 2 weeks and completed within 5 weeks from viewing the property. Richard, Nikki and team were excellent and liaised well between myself and the seller throughout the process and since completion. I cannot praise the team enough. It was fabulous to work with a dedicated team of professionals who were always available especially in these challenges times. Thank you so much - I love my new home.

Catherine at Winkworth's was dealing with the house we wanted to purchase. From the very beginning she was very accommodating around the viewing times because of mine and my partners work commitments, she was enthusiastic and friendly and never put any pressure on us. Fast forward to once we had made an offer and I have to say that if it hadn't been for her and our agents then its likely the purchase would of fallen through due to solicitor faults. She was persistent with all parties involved, kept us up to date when needed and remained determined to get the job done so the sellers and us could get the dream houses over the line which finally after months of challenges we got there.
