FacebookA massive thank you to Ashley and Marie Elise from Ralph James who made selling and buying in what at times felt like an impossible market, possible! We were under offer within a day and secured our dream home in our dream location. No easy feat when our wish was not to move further than 1 mile from our existing home! The team are super professional and efficient from the very first interaction I knew our property was in good hands and we were too. The focus on the little details makes a big difference and Ralph James does detail brilliantly! The marketing photos and video was shot so beautifully, it made us second guess moving! It really captured the essence of our home. Marie Elise is amazing and made me feel that every request or question was never any trouble. She would respond in an instant on our WhatsApp group and kept us well informed throughout the entire process. Thank you for making the selling process so smooth! FacebookWe have just completed a mammoth multi-move having sold our house, my mums house and then bought our forever home. We used a different agent for the first sale and then moved across to Ralph James for the second sale and my word, what a difference! The staff at Ralph James are something else. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they go out of their way to support and help you. Ashley has been a superstar from day one and Caedi has to be the most thoughtful employee, caring for the well-being of my nervous, elderly mother from the outset. The team are exceptional and although we are now in our forever home and don’t intend to move again, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this amazing team. Even the final ‘goodbye’ touches were heartfelt. On the completion of sale we were presented with a beautiful flower arrangement and cupcakes for our new home as well as a ‘congratulations’ card signed by the team - a real personal touch that wiped the floor with the ‘business’ box we were handed by our previous agent - filled with promotional leaflets and including a packet of noodles and some stale biscuits! Ralph James make you feel like you are family from start to finish and I am so glad we found them. Thank you team, you are amazing. Mr and Mrs Giles (and mum).

FacebookThe sale of our property certainly wasn't plain sailing. It was emotional and stressful for a plethora of reasons. Our first buyer pulled out on exchange day because they simply decided 'to not progress' which made me just want to give up on the whole process. However, Kelly and Tom from the Banstead branch guided and supported me and were empathetic to my needs and urgency to move- so I got back on the proverbial horse! This is more than a business transaction for them- they are invested and do everything they can to protect their client's best interests. I am now in my new property thanks to their perseverance and tenacity- I can't thank them or recommend them enough!

GoogleWe have used a number of estate agents in the past and have never enjoyed the experience. Luke & Kelly at Lancaster (now rebranded Ralph James) made our sale and purchase a delight. They really went above and beyond and gave the transaction a personal touch. We could always ring, email or what’s app and have a response within minutes. I believe our buyer also appreciated having an agent they could get hold of and progress the chain as quickly as possible. I would happily recommend and look forward to doing business with them again.
