GoogleI am so pleased and impressed with the experience we had buying our first house through Reids Rains Bangor! A special mention must go to Aimee, who went above and beyond to help us at all times! Her service was absolutely excellent and thoroughly professional! She kept us informed and reassured at all times which we were so appreciative of as first time buyers. GoogleHaving dealt with property agents in many different countries and also with a number of agents here in Bangor, never ever have I dealt with an estate agent such as this. The was dismissive as soon as I walked through the door. The information I requested on the property I was ensuring about was not available and then the agent just decided to make stuff up. Thankfully I know about property and I knew the agent was incorrect. What utterly appalling customer service from a supposedly premier estate agent. Buyer beware is a certainty in this case.

GoogleKerry was superb at managing our sale. Kerry was very professional and encouraging while screened and organising viewers. Kerry pro- actively liaised with purchasers myself and solicitors to ensure my sale was achieved and exectued as smoothly as possible. I would recommend Kerry, Sarah and Jonathan to anyone wanting to sell thier property.

GoogleSale of My Property Simply outstanding service in selling my property, achieved above expected price, provided expert advice and sold to my requirements within 10 days. Continued to support me whilst I was in Australia through the process and after the process. They helped me ensure the property was safe when unoccupied and presented through their network of tradesmen. Nothing was too difficult, caring and thoughtful. I would not only use them again but highly recommend them. When I choose them, I did not even talk with other agents, I was impressed from the first contact with the Sales Department. Thank you guys again.

Viewed and applied for a house with Reeds Rains in Bangor and couldn't recommend them higher, Keith in particular. Very easy to work with and made the entire process of moving run smoothly. If your thinking of wanting to move or sell I would highly recommend these guys. Fab and efficient service from start to finish.

GoogleWe sold our property initially with the team in Reeds Rains and were fortunate enough to end up dealing with the same team when we bought our onward property. From the start of the entire process, they were very easy to work with. They offered honest advice and were always friendly and professional. Anytime there was a potential problem arising during the sale/purchase, they were very quick to try and address the issue and kept in constant communication with us to make sure we knew how things were progressing. I would 100% recommend Reeds Rains Bangor to anyone looking to sell their house.

GoogleHad emailed several times to arrange a viewing of a rental property and, after 5 days and 4 emails both through property pal and directly through their website, I eventually get an email to state that application of said property has been received by someone else. I could understand if I was late to the party but I emailed with 18 minutes of a property being listed and no contact whatsoever. I did get offered the chance to join their mailing list.... I'm hesitant to utilise this since they can't even return emails and when they do get round to returning emails it's 5 days and a confirmed rental/sale later. Very disappointed as i have emailed a few times for several of their listed properties over the course of perhaps 7 weeks and have only just had contact from them today, and unfortunately this has put me off utilising them (or rather, attempting to utilise them) in future.
