Having sold multiple houses through Reeds Rains, my repeat business shows my continued trust and confidence in their service. I cannot recommend Katie & Keith from the Bangor branch enough. They always go above and beyond what I could ask for. My latest sale was particular challenging and they always ensured that I was kept up to date and assisted way beyond expectation. Always first class service! ⭐️

Recently bought a house through Reeds Rains, Bangor. Katie, Hannah and Jonny could not have been more helpful. As this was my first buy, I had a lot of probably stupid and silly questions and the staff always replied in a timely manner and never felt like I was hassling anyone! Great customer service from all staff that I dealt with, and would have no problems using this business again in the future! Thanks for all your help in buying my first home! 🏠

We recently sold our house through Reeds Rains in Bangor, and were truly delighted with the service. Selling a house can generally be a really stressful experience (especially when trying to do it remotely from Australia!) but Jonny & Lauren (and the rest of the RR team) done everything possible to reduce that stress and shoulder that burden themselves. They genuinely looked after everything, from helping to coordinate some minor cosmetic updating, to listing the house and viewings, to negotiating offers, and to final completion. Expectations were managed and kept in check throughout, and in the end, they got us a much better outcome than we had anticipated. Reeds Rains mantra is clearly to take all the emotion and difficulty out of the process for vendors so that the right decisions are made (seriously - you can’t put a price in peace of mind 😉), and for that we’ll be forever grateful to them. I can’t recommend these guys enough - thanks Jonny & Lauren, awesome work 👍😊🏠

I had contacted Reeds Rains (Bangor) about a couple of properties I had liked and they were excellent! I spoke to Kerry numerous times and she was brilliant at giving me as much information as she had on the properties before booking a viewing and great at keeping me updated with other properties in the area. Jonny conducted the viewings and was fab! He knew exactly what I was looking for and gave me great advice. Would highly recommend them to anyone!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
