I feel blessed for meeting and dealing with Kelly as she made getting my first ever home so easy and reasurred me every step of the way. She advised me perfectly so that I not only completely understood the process but felt confident in her care. I feel like i have my perfect house and couldn't of achieved it without her. Highly highly reccomend. Kerry is also a complete dream as she showed me around on my first veiwing. I had contacted Reeds Rains (Bangor) about a couple of properties I had liked and they were excellent! Fantastic service and Keith Rosson has been amazing. After our first application we did not have to put new applications and supporting documents for each new listing, which can really be tiresome and time consuming. 10 out of 10 for Reeds Rains Bangor I cannot recommend them enough I bought my house in Bangor through them 10 years ago, it was a repossession, and i didn't have a clue! Jonny couldn't have been more helpful, with a wealth of knowledge and guided me every step of the way to a great deal. Naturally, when i came to sell the property, i gave Reeds Rains a call, hoping Jonny was still there... and he was. I had my house on the market a few days later and sale agreed in 1wk at full asking price! Thats not all tho, the whole team are just on it! Lauren and Amy were both excellent, couldn't be more friendly, helpful and efficient, keeping me updated every step of the way. I wish i could say the same for the estate agent i was buying my new property with, it was like night and day... didn't answer the phone, no updates and everything was an effort. Jonny and his team have just helped me with the sale of my mother's house in Helen's Bay, more complicated as I am based in Wales, so I needed an estate agent I could really rely on. I have been really impressed by the professional and efficient service. Jonny provided very helpful advice from the outset, I was kept informed every step of the way and the team did go above and beyond to help me particularly as I wasn't directly on hand. I can't say how grateful I am, this was a sad and difficult time but this team did make the house sale as stress free as possible and that has made a real difference. Thanks to Keith and Lorna too, thanks for all your help. I would definitely recommend.

I cannot thank Reeds Rains enough for what they have done for me. In particular Kelly Andrews at the Bangor branch. I was forced to move due to my landlords circumstances changing. I viewed a property with Reids Rains after viewing a few other houses and Kelly showed me around. The first estate agent after viewing many that didn’t just talk at me. She listened. She felt like a friend. And she understood my situation. After identifying that I loved a certain house she went above and beyond to help me get it. What can I say about Jonny & Keith in Reeds Rains. Amazing/helpful and professional don’t even describe them. We previously brought our home off them in 2019 and when we decided to sell in 2021 we knew Reeds Rains where the estate agent for us. From the time they came out valued the property and took photos to the time it was sale agreed was less than 3 weeks. The new house we happened to buy was via Reeds Rains too. After our first house fell through, Jonny got us in quickly to a new one we had seen and we sale agreed that same day thanks to Jonny moving so fast for us. The service and updates we received from Keith & Jonny where second to none, nothing was to much trouble for them. Even giving solicitor a little poke when needed. We completed on the agreed date with no real issues. I would highly recommend Reeds Rains Bangor for all your selling/buying. The team really care about you and keep you informed and updated at all points. Thanks again for all your help we love our new house. Also a mention for Lois our mortgage advisor who works for Embrace via Reeds Rains. Lois was amazing at getting our mortgage through quickly and efficiently, having one house fall through and having to do the application process all over again was simple and straightforward, definitely using them again when our term is up.PositiveProfessionalism

Fantastic experience. House selling is stressful but Reeds Rains made it a lot less stressful. The valuation from Jonny was honest and informative. They have a wide pool of potential buyers to pull from and know the market incredible well. I received a lot of viewings with regular feedback. The care given after the house was on the market was second to note. The team would bend over backwards to help in anyway. Working with the solicitor, the buyer and the buyers solicitor.
