GoogleKerry was superb at managing our sale. Kerry was very professional and encouraging while screened and organising viewers. Kerry pro- actively liaised with purchasers myself and solicitors to ensure my sale was achieved and exectued as smoothly as possible. I would recommend Kerry, Sarah and Jonathan to anyone wanting to sell thier property.

Absolute joke of a letting agents, I moved out of my property 2nd April and still haven't recieved my deposit back, I ring virtually everyday to get told tomorrow which never comes. Beware people if deciding to rent an property with as they are crooks.

Awful customer service by a male this after noon was rude on the phone just sounded like he was to busy to speak was only enquiring about property’s and literally did not want to talk at all would not recommend to anyone awful company if they let there staff speak to people like that get better customer serves in McDonald’s 👏👍🏻

I'd intended to consider 2 or 3 agents but during Jack from Reeds Rains' visit decided just to go with them, though reconsider if they hadn't made the sale within the first few months. The valuation given was a little above what I'd been hoping for and I knew they had recently sold and had listed a could of similar properties to mine. They listed my property as 'stunning', which of course I was pleased with, and it must have worked. A couple of viewings followed shortly after, Maggie conducted the viewings and, no lie, there were two offers to buy, one at the asking price, and one above a few days later. I'd been at the viewings, I hadn't intended to be but one group arrived very early, and after discussing the offers with Justin the manager agreed that going with the higher offer seemed maybe not quite so credible and I think it was a good decision. The property sale duly completed 3 months later at just £5,000 under the initial offer. I've never sold another property as easy as this one was sold, if only it was always as easy this! My only complaint, there was an extra charge for premium photographs, but anyway this was waived after they listened to my arguments. 10 out of 10!

I used Reeds Rains to Let and Manage my property.It has not been a good experience. In fairness it probably hasn't been a good experience for the staff at Reeds Rains either. After having a disappointing experience with another local estate agent in Leamington Spa previously, it was refreshing to see a company act professionally from the first meeting we had with them, to managing to achieve the asking price we set in a challenging property market, to chasing all parties to get the sale concluded as quick as possible. Reeds Rains team at Newcastle under Lyme branch were very helpful with my recent purchase. Working with their partner iamsold we purchased the property through auction which I was a bit nervous about as it was the first time we had bought through the modern auction process. The team kept us updated on progress throughout the purchase, supported us with additional viewings and answered our queries with the vendors quickly and efficiently.I collected the keys today and they even gave me a box of goodies to take away which included household essentials, discount vouchers and even a bottle of beer for good measure.Thanks…. I would not recommend reeds rains Evesham if you actually want to sell your house. The viewings we did have were either people who hadn't got their own house on the market, who hadn't sold or hadn't got a mortgage in principle. Most of the viewings took at best 5 minutes which I know as I had a ring door bell and I went over to my neighbours house whilst the viewings took place. How the hell you can properly show someone around a decent sized 4 bedroom house beats me. Communication was rubbish I had to keep contacting George to find out how the short viewing went. I found their enthusiasm to actually sell my house was poor so in the end brought Leggett and James in as well. As soon as Leggett and James came on board Reeds rains basically sat back and waited for them to sell my house as they still wanted their commission regardless. It took Leggett and James 4 weeks and it was sold. The only thing Reeds rains did was repeatedly tell me I was in breach of contract and would still be liable for the fee. Funny that surely they were in breach of contract for not giving a s***t and putting in no effort apart from taking pictures and putting the house online. Oh and apparently sending a few emails out. The one thing they were quick at was chasing me for their money when my sale went through. Save yourself time, money and a lot of stress and go with a quality estate agent such as Leggett and James who were amazing and a hell of a lot cheaper!!!

We found the service really poor and had to demand that our offer is put to the vendor to the branch manger in the Rothwell office. It has put us off selling our house with them and will now be using another estate agent who offered more support and guidance. Seems they are only motivated by their commissions
