We have had such dreadful experiences renting with people in the past, and it has left me as a very paranoid tenant, as it doesn’t feel like letting agents work for me, they work for the money, and the same with the landlords. I’m so used to having to fight to feel secure in the place I call my home. It’s my first instinct. But penny smyth have gone above and beyond helping us with this property we’re renting. We moved over from England to NI, and they got us a flat that suits our needs perfectly, powered through the paperwork, and got us in within a week and a half (just in time for the move!) They’ve seen to it personally that we’re comfortable and not having issues, and the issues we have had have been done respectfully and in a great time efficient manner. If you get the opportunity, I would 100% recommend working with this delightful team. I know I will be staying with them as long as physically possible!

Penny is a fantastic Estate Agent. We chose Penny as our Agent to put our house on the market after meeting with a selection of local agents in Bangor. On reviewing all of their marketing photographs, videos, understanding who would host viewings etc and how we 'connected' to them, coupled with the cost of each Agent, Penny trumped them all. Penny is a warm, friendly, down to earth, local girl - equally balanced with great knowledge and professionalism in her role. We knew she was a safe pair of hands to leave our home in! The quality of Penny's photographer & videographer are excellent and speaks for itself if you view some of their work on her home listings! We knew that these marketing elements were vital to capture the interest quickly in our home. Penny's attention to detail in the listing complemented this perfectly. Having a young family, Penny worked around us to photograph and film the video tour. We were completely blown away with the final result - it was superb. The sales brochure was of a very high quality and we were so excited to get our house listed! Our house went 'live' on the web and after just a few days, Penny had 8 viewings listed for that weekend. Penny hosted the viewings for us which helped her to gauge peoples genuine interest and build the relationship with the viewers. This is what sold our home in just under 2 weeks of being live! Penny and her team kept us fully informed during those 2 weeks of all interest, offers and brought it quickly to closure in agreement with us on a final price. Right up until completion, Penny & team worked diligently to keep solicitors on track and ensure no hiccups! I can wholeheartedly recommend Penny as a one of a kind Estate Agent!
