I recently used Northwood for the first time to sell my flat and couldn’t fault them throughout the entire process. Ali was very helpful and quick to respond to my emails. I wanted to carry out my own viewing and we worked well together to secure a buyer. The other staff in the office were happy to help with any queries if Ali was unavailable, especially Juliet. I would have no hesitation in recommending Northwood to sell a property.

Northwood were fantastic at managing my apartment over the years, their guaranteed rental program worked great for me in the years when my apartment could have tenants. While many of my contacts complained about not being able to find tenants, I had full occupancy for the entire time I used this service without too many issues. Ali Clark was my contact at Northwood and was absolutely amazing, responding to every email and request promptly, and endlessly helpful finding solutions to the multitude of building works and repairs that were needed, and finally helping me to sell the property. I honestly don't know what I would have done without her efforts over the years, I am forever grateful.

I was happy with her professionalism and the way she communicates. During the selling period, she has been very helpful and attentive, always responded swiftly to my enquiries, communicated well for viewings and always sent reviews after. While the market was slow, Ali definitely did a great job to help the flat sold.

Very pleased with the service I received from Northwood. I chose the Guaranteed Rent Scheme. A tenant was found very quickly and the move in went effortlessly. Such a relief that Northwood will be managing the property for the next 12 months and I will receive regular monthly payments. Special mention to Alicja who handled all my questions professionally, timely and politely.

FacebookI cannot stress enough how diabolical this company are. Absolutely negligent to both their landlords and tenants. Happy to cause extensive damage to property by not maintaining or repairing issues (including known water leaks) for many, many months that they are contracted to oversee, leaving landlords out of pocket with extensive damage to fix and tenants living in squalor. Won't respond to emails for weeks, don't return calls, ever. Will not acknowledge their repeat failings, will cost you vast sums of money due to their incompetence and neglegance. It's management companies this that give landlords a bad name.

I have had a positive experience with Northwood, the start up for a new landlord is great - all safety relate certificates were sorted with their contractors and we had some pointers on how to make the property a bit more desirable were taken on board. Nicola kept us up to date throughout the process.
