GoogleVery good service, 9 years with them and if they would have had a bigger house available at the time we would of stayed with them. Staff are very polite and welcoming. I Would recommend Anker and partners to anyone if they were looking at renting a house.

GoogleDo not use their survey service for visa accommodation reports, they informed me that they are able to produce reports for visa applications to home office standard. They have no knowledge of The Housing Act and the accommodation requirements for visas. They didn't take measurements for 2 rooms in the house and therefore could not confirm the exact number of people that can reside at the property. They charged extra for amendments and then just copied and pasted the suggested amendments to the end of the report so the report was misleading and didn't make any sense. The surveyor for Anker and partners failed to take all vital measurements at the time of inspection so the report they produced was insufficient for my case. A complete waste of my time and money, I eventually went to a different surveyor who measured all living/sleeping areas in square feet and confirmed the property abides by room and space standard criteria for all the residents.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleWe were incredibly impressed with the service from Anker and Partners when selling our house through them. From start to finish, they were very efficient and helpful. They were excellent at making sure things were moving forward. Anker were always willing to talk on the phone and were prompt in replying to emails. Marie and Kim worked hard to make sure the sale went through; without them, I'm not sure it would have happened! I can honestly say that before selling our house I was sceptical about estate agents just wanting the money, but Anker have changed my mind on this.
