My wife and I viewed a series of properties in Banbury, two of which were being sold by Anker. Samantha Harris did the viewing for both properties; she was excellent and informed without pushing us too much, and she gave us the time and space to fall in love with the house we chose. We then dealt with Marie Skinner who was cheerful and helpful throughout the process of purchasing. She was very proactive during the sale and helped smooth the sale through, navigating the path of securing a sale while protecting the interests of the vendor. We are now happily in our dream home. It is very unlikely that we will ever want to leave, but if we do there is no team we would trust more to handle the sale.

Absolute liars, Con artists, Listed my property with them for 4 months and they did not follow up leads to arrange viewings I have had 3 interested buyers knocking on my doorstep for viewings just because these clowns couldn't be bothered If you are seller and wondering why your property isn't getting much interest, switch agents to someone who is interested in selling your property Absolute & Well qualified liars!!! Would highly recommend the Anker & Partners team! They made the whole process SO much less stressful for us. A special thank you for Matthew for putting up with us for about 5 months and being so kind and professional, you are easily one of the most informative people we’ve ever had show us around houses and we’ve viewed a lot! (the second being the other lovely young woman from your offices but I can’t remember her name, but she was fab too) And also Marie, I don’t know how I would of survived without you! Through the phone or via email you were always there chasing everything up for us (even stuff you didn’t need too) Thank you to the whole team!!

We couldn't have had a better experience with Anker. From the initial valuation of our house by James, right through to exchange and completion, the team have been efficient, communicative and friendly. The top of our chain were a nightmare to deal with and Marie had to do a lot of chasing. She did everything she could to speed things along and helped keep us informed (and semi-sane!) throughout the whole process. If only all estate agents were as professional, knowledgeable and honest as Anker.

Any minor tenant issues have been dealt with efficiently. They have taken the stain out of renting our property which we experienced when managing this ourselves. We used Anker to sell our property earlier this year (2019) and the service was fantastic! We had been on the market a year before with another agent who were fine but decided to get alternative quotes. Jeremy Vasey came and offered realistic advice on the value, areas we could improve (room colours etc.) and time to launch. He was spot on, we sold for asking price in the first couple of weeks. His team (Marie and others) then managed the whole process achieving completion within 7 weeks! Amazing!
