I specifically asked Jen when purchasing a house through Anker why the electrics were not working I was told they were turned off to save on bills the same as the gas and water as the property was vacant. Then when moving in, the whole house needs rewiring and Jen acted like she had never passed on this message and that “some of the electrics were dangerous so we’re disconnected”. So in my opinion they are not a very good estate agent as they lie to sell the property. Marie was dealing with this sale however as far as I am aware was not involved in this lie as it was specifically Jen I spoke with on this matter

We are beyond impressed with the levels of customer service, professionalism and approachability of Jeremy and his sales team (Marie, Kim and Terri). They have been extremely welcoming, attentive and proficient throughout the whole process, chasing and challenging those involved in and around the chain, providing updates, making progress or seeking answers. No task or questions was too small and when we unfortunately lost our first buyer (through circumstances beyond their control), Jeremy and his team rallied and within 7 days of losing our buyer we had sold again. I cannot recommend them more highly!!

In difficult times caused by the pandemic they acted quickly and professionally in putting our house on the market with excellent advertising, description and photographs. Viewings were conducted at short notice and every effort was made to accommodate potential buyers. When a sale was agreed we received regular updates not only of our own buyer but also for the rest of the chain, which was very reassuring, all this when the stamp duty holiday was in the final few days and the pressure was enormous on everyone. I have previously used a couple of estate agents in Banbury but have never had the pleasure of buying or selling through Anker. We had a valuation done by Anker and we were very pleased with their professionalism and non pressuring tactic employed by others. When it came to showing clients round they came early to familiarise themselves with the property which no agent that I have used has ever done. After the viewing they would come immediately back to provide feedback which again no one ever did. I was very impressed with their knowledge and will definitely be using them. The best advice I could give us use them. Other agents promise the world but deliver none. These guys don't employ those kinds of tactics but delivered way above expectation.
