Estate agents sometimes get a hard time but the team at Atkinson Stilgoe made our move to exactly the right home for us possible. Special thanks to Summer - it was obvious she really wanted to help us find the right place and she was constantly in touch and chasing to make it work. They even made collecting our keys feel special!

Our move to Balsall Common was quite involved due to delays and complications on our legal side. Lewis however was fantastic in the support and help he give us to enable the move to be completed. He worked tirelessly in keeping us informed and helped to keep all the relevant parties engaged enabling a complicated purchase to be finalised in a timely manner. Thanks very much for all your help Lewis - it was much appreciated.

Amazing staff. Shauna was kind and helpful the entire rental process. I was on a very tight deadline to move in and she responded all my emails very promptly, easing all of my concerns. Definitely a go-to if you're renting in the area.

I had a great experience with Atkinson Stilgoe when purchasing our property. Shauna was extremely helpful and helped ease my mind as a first time buyer. She supported us through the whole process and even followed up after to check we were settling in okay. Thanks Shauna for the support. Also if you need a mortgage broker would highly recommend Leanne, we had issues with our previous one and within days Leanne had secured us a mortgage. Thanks both!

After a truly awful experience with another letting agency in Solihull, I'm so glad I met Atkinson Stilgoe, and specifically Abbie and Ben, were an absolute dream to work with. From the first meeting, Abbie was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They listened to my concerns and went above and beyond to help me with a great property. The whole process was smooth and stress-free, a complete contrast to my previous experience. Abbie and Ben were always available to answer any questions and kept me informed every step of the way. I can't recommend them highly enough! If you're looking for a letting agency in the area, look no further than Atkinson Stilgoe.

Angel has been helping us look for our forever home and has been amazing so far. Although we've not managed to find the one yet, we are confident that with Angel on the case it won't be long. Angel goes above and beyond when she's showed us properties and knows our tastes very well and also very honest and down to earth. She is definitely someone you want on your side when looking for a property and fingers crossed we will secure our forever home with her help soon 🤝🏽

Myself and my husband viewed a property to rent on the 9th March, as we're relocating from another part of the country. Ben was very professional and incredibly friendly. He answered all our questions and most importantly he let us take our time viewing as he recognised we needed that. Unfortunately although it was a lovely house, it wasn't in the right area for us. However, after such a positive experience during such a stressful time, Atkinson Stilgoe is definitely our preferred letting agency in our ongoing search for a house.

After having such a poor experience with another estate agent, we moved to Atkinson Stilgoe and I am so glad we did. The team are absolutely brilliant, from booking in for a valuation, the viewings and feedback after each one, right through to completion. Lewis and Summer particularly stood out for us, their communication was second to none and if they said they were going to get something done they would. The team have made what has always been a stressful process so much easier. I couldn’t recommend them enough and thank you again.

Emily was very professional, personable and helpful in finding my family a home. She was exceptional in comaprison to the many other agents that I dealt with at the time, providing regular updates and always keeping in touch. Her manner, professionalism and efficiency stood out at a time when I know that agents were snowed under with a high workload. Emily is a valuable asset to Atkinson Stilgoe and made a huge difference in my estimation of the company. So much so that I will be looking to work with her again once I am in a position to buy. Thanks EmilyPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
