All the staff were very helpful and kept me informed of progress. The valuation, marketing, supply of viewers and when the sale was agreed dealings with solicitors was very proficient and I was delighted with the outcome.

From moving in to settling down in my first apartment, they made me feel safe and welcome, and made sure I was understanding of their policies, and what I should do if I needed to contact them for whatever reason. The staff were more than just professional, they were kind and made me feel secure in my decision of moving into this lovely apartment that I've spent a good part of my life in now. From online to phone contact, the staff at Quinn were very responsive if I needed to get in touch with them for any reason and we're always ready and willing to help me with any issues I may have had. GoogleTerrible..... avoid like the plague these people are the slowest at getting things fixed or resolving any problems and they always say theyll ring you back and never do. Once your tenancy is over they will withheld your deposit for 2 months and never give you any updates on whats happening with it. I done all maintenance on the property myself and modernised it and they still took £40 of me. As far as the maintenance goes, its non existent!!!! i moved into a property of theres that you couldnt use the front door as it was dragging on the ground and it had been like this 2 months before we moved in e.g during the viewings we used the back door. If you want a good estate agents that will accommodate you or work with you dont go to these guys.
