GoogleThe folks in ‘Craig’s’ Where acting as the vendors agents in my purchase. I cannot recommend them highly enough for the work they done particularly Carrie and Ellie. I was about to walk away not any fault of Craig’s but the vendors solicitors who had faffed everything! Carrie brought them into line with curtesy throughout and kept everyone right showing her experience and diligence. They know how to manage the sale of property and highly recommend their services.

They were prompt and professional in replying to enquiries and very flexible in accommodating us for viewings and additional information on the house even after the sale was agreed. I would highly recommend Quinn's for buying and would be confident in going to them in the future for selling if and when required.

GoogleQuinn's were quick to respond to our enquiries and provide and clear and reasonable quote for their services. Once we had agreed for Quinn's to manage the sale of our property they communicated with us well and seamlessly produced the brochure and online marketing. We were kept regularly informed of any viewings and provided feedback from these within a couple of days. We were particularly impressed by their agent Carrie who always responded to our enquiries promptly and undertook the negotiations in a professional and efficient manner. Quinn's also worked well with our solicitor and purchaser to see the sale through to a final successful completion.

GoogleTerrible agency dont carry out any of the repairs have had no cold water in our bathroom from we moved in boiler is ancient and stops working nearly every day every time you call to report a repair they are very ignorant and tell you that you will receive a call back which you never get, quick enough to ring when they want there rent but useless when it doesn't benefit them absolute joke have informed them that I have a young child in the house and need the heating fixed still dont fix it highly recommend never to go near this agency.

With over 9 years of renting both direct through landlord and managed through agency, I’ve had my fair share of experiences. I’ve been nothing but blown away by the efficiency, ambition and forward thinking of Quinn as a letting agency. From the email reminders and confirmations for when I booked a viewing for the property to the dedicated PropertyFile app for billing, maintenance requests/reporting and personal details updates, it’s been a flawless execution. It’s the first time I’ve dealt with such a comms focused agency for both the tenant and landlord. This is what sets them apart from other agencies and combined with a friendly voice on the phone and a genuinely helpful team, I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them as a letting agent and as a management company. Special note to Anne, Sarah and Laura who were always on hand to help!
