Moving house is daunting, but she kept us updated at all stages throughout the process, no matter the hour, she always had time for a phone call or email. From valuation of our own home to advertising it for sale, offering on our new property and getting to exchange of contracts yesterday! GoogleWe looked around a lot of houses with a lot of estate agents and Dacre was by far the best. Kelly in particular was very patient as we looked around all the houses available in the area. FacebookDO NOT RENT HERE.Dacre and Sons will not honour theIR word, nor treat you like human being.my tenancy was due to end during lockdown, and dispute a verbal contract that I would only pay for the days I was on the property, as soon as I was out, they claimed "normal practice is to give a month's notice so you will have to pay a full months rent"Normal practice?! They have zero compassion, and see you as nothing more than a bank account to bleed dry.everyone else in the UK right now is banding together and helping out their friends and neighbors. but Dacre? no they do nothing but try and get more money out of you and use a pandemic as an excuse.shame on you.DO NOT TRUST THIS ESTATE AGENTS.
