Kelly kept us updated throughout the whole process, making it a lot less stressful! She was always super friendly and answered all of the questions I asked (a lot too haha!) GoogleAfter a couple of negative experiences with another local agency, we had been put off buying a house. Then the right house came up for sale and thank god it was with dacres. Kelly handled everything for us, and it was flawless. From start to finish the whole process only took 6 weeks, I was kept updated regularly, and she did the chasing when things needed to be chased. I would honestly say she went above and beyond and I’ve heard rumours that she’s the best sales agent around. Lily handled the viewings for our purchase and again was brilliant, allowed us time when we needed it and answered any questions we asked. Definitely the best local agents, would recommend to anybody

FacebookI really can’t thank the team at Dacre Son & Hartley Morley enough for the way in which they recently handled the sale of my late mums property. From the initial valuation all the way through to completion they were professional, proactive and extremely supportive. But more importantly they cared - about mum and dads home, and about the family. Communications were excellent, honest and nothing was too much trouble. I have moved homes a few times over the years and I have never experienced such a caring and professional service from an Estate Agent. Would highly recommend without question.

The pictures Omar took were outstanding and the customer service and care from the whole team was superb. From advertising with Dacres to being in our new property took a fantastic 5 months. GoogleWe have used Dacre Son & Hartley twice now and wouldn't use anyone else! They have been fantastic both times from start to finish. Kelly and Claire are very professional and friendly. Kelly has got back to us quickly with any questions we had, kept us updated throughout the process and has been there anytime we have needed her. She really has been amazing! Also not forgetting branch manager Jonathan, he's been fantastic too. Thank you for making our house sale as stress free as possible.

GoogleI would definitely recommend Dacres in Baildon to friends and family. I have recently bought a house through them and it has been a very testing and challenging purchase for us due to our house sale falling through twice then our purchase been a unregistered property which caused a lot of delays in the end. Clare and Kelly have been absolutely amazing and a great support the whole way. I can not thank them enough! They kept me updated at all times and helped me chase the solicitors when needed :) The branch manager was also great at helping us keep our purchase when our sale fell through the second time!
