I am a first time seller awaiting finalisation of our sale. Really happy with the service Dunn & Rate have provided so far; friendly, quick to act and immediately responsive via email and phone. Helped with every query we had. I believe the company is 'big enough to cope, but small enough to care' which is just what you want when going through the house selling process. She came prepared with a file of research on similar properties and was thus able to provide a reliable quote.
