GoogleABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. I would use them again and I have already recommended them to my friends. My house was sold STC and I had to pull out due to an issue at the bottom of the chain. Dunn&Rate were so good and it really showed the comparison between them and other estate agents (just to be clear there were no other local estate agents involved) It was then put on the market again and I was kept updated and informed all the way. I can truly say "forget the rest, go with the best".

Professional yet personable, kept us updated throughout, excellent communication and always on hand for anything we needed. From numerous home viewings, to securing a buyer for our home, the girls have worked so very hard and we’re professional at all times. Me and Tom didn’t feel under pressure at any point to make any quick decisions and felt at ease knowing the girls were there to sort it all out for us.
