I can confidently recommend Strutt Parker. They were very professional and efficient from first coming to discuss the possibility of putting my house on the market to completing the sale. I was in constant contact with the agents and they kept me fully informed about any information that they had. GoogleI found Sharnie and Sophia totally professional to work with. They were proactive and found a buyer for my house where others hadn't. I was most impressed with the brochure and the online ad they prepared and the photos for both were excellent. Definitely not your average waistcoat and cravatte wearing estate agents but that's for the good in my book!

Very friendly staff. However we had to correct and re-write quite a lot of the sales brochure to correct errors. Greater background and checking of prospective purchasers would have helped plus more proactive post viewing feedback and follow up. Achieved a good sale price in the end though.

TrustpilotBAD PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Watch out from this property management. They steal your money and they don’t do anything. I have a roof leak reported several times for a year and they just don’t care. People leave shoes and personal belongings in common areas which is forbidden for fire hazards, and they don’t do anything. Very bad.
